Reswap is a creator-to-creator photo swap platform that allows users to upload original photos and swap themselves into photos shared by other creators using AI technology.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
You retain ownership of the photos you upload. By uploading content, you grant Reswap a non-exclusive license to use, display, and process your content for the purpose of providing our services. You represent that you have the right to upload any content you submit and that it does not violate any third-party rights.

The Reswap app, including its design, features, and technology, is owned by Reswap and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of our service without permission.
Some features may require payment or subscription. All purchases are processed through the App Store. Refunds are subject to Apple's refund policies.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.
Reswap is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reswap shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Reswap after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
